Celebrating Success As IT Talent Grows

Following steady growth in the marketplace and recent expansion, we announced the promotion of several leadership team members and the recipients of our annual company awards.

We are thrilled to announce the promotion of Reading Sales Manager Ben Fuller to company Sales Director. Longest standing employee and company shareholder, Ben brings a wealth of experience and a solid understanding of IT Talent company culture to his new position in which he will be overseeing and providing guidance to the Sales Team.

Following this, our Principal Consultant Brian Pyle has been promoted to Team Leader in our Reading Office. A member of IT Talent for over three years, his consistently high billings, in – depth understanding of his vertical markets and demonstrable leadership abilities confirm his commitment to this new role.

Additionally, permanent consultant Kayleigh Eales has been promoted to the position of Senior Recruitment Consultant following a long period of success and development.

Speaking on the recent advancements, Managing Director Kevin Howes added: ‘Internal development is an important part of the culture here at IT Talent in which we encourage and facilitate organic growth within the company. These recent promotions reflect our confidence in the continued ability of our staff to consistently deliver a high quality service and develop the future of our Business.’

Continuing the IT Talent tradition of recognising and rewarding accomplishments across all levels and disciplines within the company we announced the winners of our internal company awards at our annual Christmas party.

Recognising continual commitment, sustained success and development, our Most Improved award went to our Senior Contract Consultant Sam Onilado.

Our Newcomer Award went to a recent addition to our team – Dawn Springer – Head of Business Development. Dawn brings eighteen years’ of industry experience within Recruitment to IT Talent, developing and sustaining client relationships and overseeing our evolving business offerings.

The Gold Star Award – the people’s choice, which recognises that member of the IT Talent Team who always goes above and beyond – was awarded to London Sales Manager Diarmaid Williams for his notable commitment to workforce motivation.

The highest accolade Consultant of the Year went to our newly appointed Sales Director Ben Fuller for his impressive work ethic and dedication to the company.

We are proud of our best practice approach when it comes to employee progression and development and these recent achievements are an encouraging indication of the success and future prospects here at IT Talent.
