Christmas & The End of a Brilliant Year for IT Talent

Christmas has come and gone and we’re almost in 2017! A recap of IT Talent’s festivities over the past few weeks plus a preview of our new Reading office!

We hope all our candidates and clients had a great Christmas! We definitely did – mischief was managed at our Christmas party, awards were handed out to those who have made this year great, and hair was well and truly let down after a year of hard work and determination.

Festivities started with Christmas Jumper Day on the 16th December. Both our London and Reading offices donned the yuletide yarns for a day to get properly into the holiday spirit after struggling through weeks of nothing but Mariah Carey, The Pogues and Micheal Bublé on the radio. The jolly jumpers provided a fine opportunity for some great pictures!

The following week, the two offices combined for the Christmas party at the Forbury Hotel in Reading. It was a great way to celebrate the end of a brilliant year for IT Talent and let the hair down.

The company handed out the annual awards for those who have gone above and beyond this year and exceeded their targets. Congratulations to Ben Fuller our Consultant of the Year, Beccy Endersby our Gold Star and Josh Allen our Most Improved Consultant. Josh also earned a promotion to Senior Consultant while Robin Wells and Billy Black were both promoted to Business Managers! Congratulations all.

There’s more good news – we’re preparing for a new year in a new office! In the next couple of months, we’ll be moving to a larger location in Reading to fit in our expanding team. Needless to say we’re excited to take the next step and continue growing both company-wide and individually.
