At IT Talent we’re an SME. Recently, we welcomed the exciting news that we’re finalists at the Global Recruiter awards in the category of ‘Best Small Recruitment Business’. The key differentiator for this classification – as cited by the judges – was measurable excellence in customer service, community and candidate experience.

Company growth is important but maximising quality is increasingly so, especially in an industry where good customer service is critical to both client and candidate longevity.

To stand out in our field of competitors we rely on a unique and specialist approach which draws customers and loyal candidates. It’s not all about the big boys and thorough being deliberately different, we can ensure a high quality service.

Business awards are an occasion for recognition (and we like shiny things as much as the next person), but they provide the equally valuable opportunity for self – assessment and improvement. We don’t want to be second best so we must consistently strive for perfection and always ask ourselves how we can be better to ensure we maintain that competitive advantage through healthy business growth while retaining our personal touch as an SME.
